Lunch Break
Last Friday, we wrote (food)history, as it was our 10th edit. A worthy celebration. These past 10 weeks flew by and many of you have sent us the good, the bad, and lots of requests.
We still haven't found the time to process and reflect on all the feedback. But no worries, we definitely will in the nearby future. From next week on we will start living together under one roof. This means that there will be lots and lots of time to discuss the course we want to set with Foodistory but also new sorts of edits where we will actually try out some recipes and give you our review on them. Exciting stuff!
Mise en Place
We decided to call a two-week break for two reasons
The 2 following Fridays fall on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. On Christmas Day you won't be able to read a newsletter because you are, of course, the whole day in the kitchen. On New Year's Day, you will be too hungover (hopefully) to see and read our edits.
As any good chef. A lot of time is spent on preparing the course to ultimately serve you something personal. Therefore we will be going back into the drawing-room and inhale inspiration to give you in 2021 once again our very best. If you have suggestions or comments on this, please let us know! We're open to suggestions.
What can you expect from us in the following 2 weeks?
We of course will be sharing our Christmas and New Year dinner and drinks. We will share the picture of our plates on our Instagram page. But! We would also love to see what all of you are making! Notify us on Instagram by sending a picture. If you run into some kind of cooking issue during Christmas or NYE, feel free to send us a message on Instagram. We'll do our best to help you.
For now, happy holidays!
